RECIPE:
- 4 1/2 gallons grape juice(no preservatives)
- 5 pounds sugar
- Wine yeast (Premier Curvee)
- Or one bushel of grapes
- Baking soda
DIRECTIONS:
- Use warm water (90 degrees +/-) to reconstitute juice in jug
- Charge yeast per label with water
- Add yeast
- Add cup of sugar
- Shake
- Insert stopper
- Should ferment within 2 days
- Store in warm area
- Add sugar weekly: test with soda t
- Ready in 10 weeks
- Use siphon hose to draw wine
(Do not disturb dregs in bottom).
OK .. now what happens when you drink John's famous homemade wine??

This is Brenda's Gonnsen recipe for:
MUDSLIDE PUDDING SHOTS
1/2 cup milk
1 large package instant chocolate pudding
1 8-ounce tub extra creamy cool whip
1/4 cup Mudslide mix
1/4 cup Kahlua
1/4 cup Vodka
. . .and a little more of Kahlua....little more Vodka.....little more Mudslide
Mixed all ingredients in bowl with whisk and mix well. Pour into small plastic cups with lids. Keep in freezer until approx. 1/2 hour before serving.
Keeping in a cooler underneath the ski bus works too!
