YES!!!! Please do.

12. Now that I've paid my money, is there any possibility that the trip could be cancelled?

Yes, if we don't have the minimum number of people sign up ( See #5), or the roads are too bad on the morning of the trip, the trip could be cancelled.

13. How will I know if the trip is cancelled?

If the Activities Director cancels it you will be notified in advance (See #5). If it’s cancelled because of bad roads, the bus company makes that decision on the morning of the trip. The Trip Leader will be at the east side of the Miller Rd. K-Mart parking lot to let everyone know.

14. If a trip is cancelled, what happens to my money?

It will be mailed out within two weeks of cancelation of trip.

15. It's the day of the trip. What happens now?

Try to show up at least 30 minutes early (5:30 a.m.) to load your gear and find a seat. Once you find a seat, please sit down to clear the aisle. As soon as everybody is on board, or at 6:00 a.m., the bus will leave the east side of the Miller Rd. K-Mart parking lot. Then you may feel free to move around and socialize. Once we reach the resort please stay near the bus to receive your lift ticket - one ticket per person please. Do not ask for a ticket for some one else. At the end of the day, the bus will leave at 5:00 p.m. (or 7:00 p.m. for the Zoo Bar trips) Sharp. We will not take a head count to see if you're on the bus. When we get back to Flint please take all of your belongings with you. If you think you might have lost something on the bus, call the trip leader before calling the bus company. Chances are we found it first.

16. What happens if I miss the bus in the morning or something comes up and I can't make it and don't cancel in advance?

You will lose the incurred expenses (See Cancelation policy)

17. If I find someone to take my place in the last nine (9) days will they be charged the extra $5?

No as long as the person that you are replacing made there deposit (9) days prior there will not be a charge.

Remember these policies are there to ensure the club does not loose money. There also there to make sure that we do not have a last minute cancelation of the trip due to lack of participation.
